Tires Plus

Exceptional staff and extraordinary service. The mechanics that work in this shop really care which is out of the normal for this field. They match prices or do what they can to help someone out when their in need. When I go in to get something checked out they never rip me off and explain everything in a way that makes sense. My technicians name was Trevor and I would recommend him to everyone of my friends. He took the time to explain everything to me and show me where and what the problem was so we could formulate a plan of attack that didn't break the bank. My favorite place for tires and oil changes. Zach up front is awesome. Very attentive and excellent communication throughout our whole service.

I live in Reno and go to school in Carson. I came out to a flat tire after class and after I had some help getting my spare on, I was able to just drive down to their shop and have them help me with the tire. I ended up needed new tires (which I already suspected was going to be the case) and I was able to get 4 new all weather tires at a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful while I was there waiting for my car to be finished and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely go back!

If I could rate it less I would. I went in for a wheel alignment, and never even got one. What I got, was a call halfway through saying other stuff went bad and they had already partially disassembled it. So they charged me $150 to replace a pitman and idler and 200 in labor.what gets me is I think they already started disassembling when they called me. And a wheel balance.. If I would have gotten tie rods done they wanted 116 a piece for the front tie rod ends and 95 for the other ends and 40 for each the sleeves. I don't think I've ever do business here again period.

Due to some sort of mix-up, my appointment was given to another person. Of course, I only found this out when I arrived for my appointment. I've been rescheduled. However, I must say, everyone I've been in contact with so far has been personable & professional. Mistakes happen. Hopefully, my next review will have earned a 5-star rating. Sure enough, when I got to my new appointment, everything went very smoothly ..... So this rating has 5 stars instead of the original 3 ...
