Purchasing my Subaru Crosstrek at Michael Hohl Subaru was a great experience. My salesman was attentive without being pushy! I was able to take a couple vehicles on extended test drive and that helped me with my decision. He gave me a tour of service department and everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs and were friendly.nnI’ve had service after purchase to install a couple of accessories and was VERY pleased!nnAll in all I was extremely happy with price and service at Michael Hohl Subaru.
We have always had a good experience when we have had our Subaru serviced here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, efficient and on it. The waiting area is a bit smaller than other places, but it is comfy and staff are great. Our lil dog loves it, too!
I purchased my Outback a little over a year ago. Kevin was my salesperson and we had a good experience with him. When I brought it in to get my added things put on I had a pretty bad experience with the service department. When I brought it in for its first oil change the service was better. I recently brought it in for another oil change and software update and my experience was excellent!! Since it was going to take 3 hours I was given a loaner to drive around and do some errands. Have to say it has gotten better with time.
We had a great experience here today met up with Mark Clayton one of their newer salesmen very easy to work with. We didn't buy today but will be back. ud83dude4b
We brought my subaru in for service. They finished a day early, were incredibly responsive, and did great work on my vehicle. I'm incredibly happy with the service.nnThe dodge/ram dealer across the street on the other hand was the worst experience I have had at a car dealer, three times in a row.
