I came here to escape from the smoke from the recant fire's. It's a God send for me. Not only cleaner air. But so breathtaking. The veiw from my tent. Looks like a blue sky with tree tops opening the path to the heavens. Peace.

My favorite place to ski. Great atmosphere. Highest base in the Sierras so their snow has been good top to bottom when other resourts struggle. Love the people there. They always have events and special ticket prices.

Beautiful Campground that's well maintained with a wonderful feel of the Sierra Nevada's. Plenty of hiking opportnities available nearby, and you're close to both Tahoe & Reno without the heat because of the added elevation.
