Great co-workers great company..

Today 4/16/2020 @ 3:32pm I was at the transfer station to get on the 2b an next thing I know the driver leaves without saying anything to me or my sister. I find that very rude and unprofessional. I understand the covid19 virus and all but I had important to be, and ended up having to walk the rest of the way to where I needed to be. Hope to have a better experience the next time

I have had several experiences where the hus never even showed up. One in particular where the bus was already at the transfer station when it was supposed to be at my stop. Jac and its affiliates/associates have no idea what they are doing. Some drivers are nice. However I have been yelled at and cursed at by one. When I called on it they did absolutely nothing about it but tell me I can file a formal complaint and took my info for a manager to call me back. By the way I never got a call back. JAC sucks

The buses and drivers are fine but they are never on time. I take the bus to work and to school and I'm always ending up planning on being late. Maybe there's a reason for this but if so you should change the schedule to fit this.
