Pacific Rim

The food was superb and the service was pleasant. The highlight though was when Charlie had found something near and dear to me that I had left behind. He even had it shipped back to my hometown! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food was not that great. The scallops are undercooked, it was like chewing on rubber. The food had no taste. The vegetables are not cooked all of the way. The tilapia stunk. The order was gross. When we talked to the manager she had no concern for nothing. We told her that the tilapia was bad and she said well you didn't even take a bite out of it so I can't take it off of your check, but I can give you a discount. $3 is what she took off. I will never go back. The server was fantastic and if you do go, ask for Robert. Refills, taking dirty plates and cups off the table after you are done with them that so you don't have a ton of dishes on the table. He is wonderful. The manager is rude and needs to learn how to do her job.

Use to be good. Not anymore....

I worked here for awhile, left and then came back to work once more. The owner Joe and his wife are such kind folks. I had to take off because my cousin passed. They paid me the day I left and then added 60 bucks on top of that. I was really grateful for that Joe and I’d thought I’d share the character of the owners with the world. The food is fantastic btw but it’s been to long I can’t remember the sandwich Joe would bring me every once in awhile. Go and see for yourself what an awesome environment this is! They care about their workers and their customers! If Henry is still there you gotta say hi to that guy to.

Love this place. Very consistent with good food, good drinks, and good atmosphere!!
