Highly unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional.nnTim asked me do a 50% down payment in order to start right away, which I regrettably sent him, but he didn’t start for quite a while complaining of sickness. I gave them him the benefit of the doubt, and patiently waited. After he finally did start he slipped his completion on me multiple times, telling me that he needed to finish up another place before he could start on my place. Again I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but then after not returning my calls for a week, he told me he was out of the state and wouldn’t be able to finish on the date that he promised me, which jeopardized the sale of the house. He told me one reason for being out of the state, and he told his former employer a totally different reason. Since I needed to wrap this up in order to sell the house, we decided to not continue and I agreed to pay him $1000 for the work he just began in a 5 gallon bucket of paint. He told me he would refund the rest of my down payment, however he has blocked my calls and I’m going to need to go through small claims court.
