There definitely not very helpful on the phone treated me as If I was fraudulently turning power on In my husband's name was told That his signature would be analysed with the one on file Would you like to see our marriage certificate lady ??? I'm an authorized user on his account and he works out of town so why wouldn't I be able to switch power ?? Hmm they could definitely work on ther customer service skills for sure

Rip off service this placeis the only place that charges you a deposit to switch services from a different address none of my other places did it but no Yampa valley electric has to what BS
