Great fast service, I always get the same pizza which I’m about to get now actually, it’s usually 100% on point, I had some issues calling in a couple times but it happens. I usually don’t even like Dominoes, I just found a pizza I love and the fact that it’s a pan pizza (I’m picky about pizza). We’ll time to order on the app, thank you to the staff and team of Dominoes’s.

We had received awful customer service. We made a order of food and everything was received except for the ranch, so we called dominos and he kindly ensured us that the driver would come back with our ranch. We waited all night waiting for the ranch as it never came. The next night we ordered from the same store again and in this experience they forgot our garlic sauce that we paid extra for. At this point we were disappointed that they had forgot our sauces two nights in a row. We called the store again and explained to them the issue, that they forgot our sauce both nights... the manger in response starts yelling over me on the phone saying that they never forgot anything with our orders. The manager was constantly talking over me, not listening to anything I was saying and not assuring that they would bring our sauces for our pizzas. Then he hung up on us when I asked him to let me talk and to stop cutting me off when I was asking him to bring the items that we were missing. We called back, out of frustration for the awful customer service and the extremely rude employee. Unfortunately this will prevent us from ever ordering from this location again.

Ordered a pizza at 11 pm. Midnight the pizza still wasn’t here. We literally live behind dominos. At 12:42 someone attempted calling but I fell asleep. I thought it was never coming you guys were already closed! Besides. Who wants an hour plus old pizza??? So now I paid for a pizza and never received it. Updated to say that the manager fixed the situation and ensured we received a refund and our rewards back. Still don’t know what happened but hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

It is a regular occurrence that the dipping sauce cups that we order and pay for do not come with our order. If i do not state every time in the delivery instructions or by reminding them when i place the order by phone, then there is a 50/50 chance that i will not get my sauces. I dont buy sauces for the fun of it. With this most recent order, it took the driver nearly an hour after forgetting to bring the sauces the first time, to actually deliver them. It would be one thing if these dipping cups were free, but they’re $0.75 a piece, and my household usually orders 6 or more. That is too much money to spend on a product that is clearly dismissed and forgotten by the drivers. They need to treat the sauces with the same amount of importance as they do with the actual pizzas. On most occasions, when I call about the missing sauces, the manager on duty offers a $10 credit on my next purchase, but that doesn't make it any better. My experience is already sullied each time. I would be much more satisfied if ALL products i purchase are delivered the first time
