Don't be fooled by the online pictures.nIf you are traveling with a pet they will put you in the deepest darkest part of the hotel, I felt like I was in a underground dungeon. I don't think the part of the hotel I stayed in has been updated since 1980. Try another pet friendly hotel in Craig
Love the suites and the pool. Had billing problems after checkout but they were eventually resolved. I always stay here when I am in Craig.
We stopped at the chuck wagon restaurant for dinner. Let me start off by saying this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. The waitress was friendly and took our order after several minutes waiting. We waited over an hour for our dinner to come out. All of the steaks were cold, and tough. They forgot several of the orders or parts of orders. Some we never received, and gave up. In the end she comped a couple of the meals. Several of the other diners were comped completely, we had eight in our party. The restaurant was not very busy, and there should have been no call for the service we received.
Room is okay, but not what I ordered and paid for. Wanted two queen beds and got a king room. My friend is a friend, but we aren't close enough to sleep together.
Priced well, clean rooms, plenty of parking, pretty good food. Nice lobby and dining area.
