A must-visit if you love sushi and you’re in Aspen. We came as a group of 4 and loved everything that we ordered. High-quality fish, great drinks, excellent service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful about accommodating dietary restrictions.

Visit if you can at one of their few locations around the world. I find it much more intimate than Nobu, and the food and ambiance are outstanding. Your waitperson can be incredibly helpful with finding things that will hit your palate just right.

Well, I would have enjoyed reviewing an entire dining experience...but, when we got there they said they didn’t have us down for a reservation. He actually had the balls to insinuate that maybe I made it in a different city. ud83eudd2c. The facts are I received a call back on 2/4/21 for a 2/18/21 reservation. It was my son’s 16th birthday...and we’re still scrambling to find any place that can take us tonight. Bad form and obviously terrible reservation processes. ud83dudc4eud83cudffc

Last minute reservations at the bar instantly were a turnoff from the bartender Westley, I feel like having a table with our own server would've been appealing, felt very rushed and disrespected. Didn't feel very welcomed from the bartender, seemed like he didn't want to be at work nor did he want to give his guests at the bar a good time, which is opposite of Nobu restaurants we've dined at before. The creamy crab dish was delicious and the matsutini was yummy but trying to get Westley's attention was difficult, he almost acted like he was too good to be serving us. Don't think we will be returning because of the negative low energetic service we were receiving. Still tipped 20% but will NOT return because of the bartenders horrible treatment. Please teach your employees proper hospitality.nnThe staff is what keeps guests coming back & we won’t be returning because of our negative treatment.

The food was amazing. The sommelier was amazing. Getting kicked out after we passed the two hour time limit by a very bad waitress was idiotic. That in the middle of ordering the second bottle of 400 dollar wine. Absolutely ridiculous.
