This place is an amazing one stop shop for anyone looking for good Protein Smoothies/Shakes for meal replacements or post workout!nnThe amount and combination of flavors you can have in the shakes are mind boggling and so good! All of them come packed with 24g of protein and less than 5 grams of sugar!nnThey offer donuts and waffles that are high in protein and low in sugar as well.nnThe prices are super affordable and I will be coming back regularly to try more flavors!

What a great place! A family run business. They were so friendly and cheerful. Everything is beautiful and well thought out from the decor to the labels on the cups.nI got a protein donut and a vanilla cupcake protein shake and both were very good and beautiful. Next time I might try the combo they have: a protein shake and an energy drink.nPeople need to know about this place. They just opened; I hope they do great.

Such a great local spot! The owners are so personable and gracious, they add so much to the atmosphere they’ve created. The drinks! My goodness, are delicious and healthy. I’m so happy they opened and will be a regular. They also are very kid friendly which is a huge bonus for this new mama ud83dude4bud83cudffc‍♀ufe0f

Stopped in for my first time this morning. Got Colorado Sunrise and a House Special. Both are amazing. Well balanced and exactly what I was hoping for. Service was friendly , prompt, and knowledgeable. The space was cozy as well.

This place is such a blissful spot to walk into. The owners are super nice and have such a positive energy that makes me want to stay all day! I can comversate for day! Don't get me started on the drinks! They are high quality and taste amazing! I used to pay 6 dollars for a drink at starbucks that was unhealthy and I would crash an hour later, and now i stop by for my energizing tea and don't have a crash throughout my day! I actually got a program set up for home with the owners, if you don't know definitely ask them ;)
