I cannot say enough about Meredith and her studio; Pilates has truly become a highlight of my week! The small classes ensure tailored instruction with a focus on form and technique for each student. Plus: it's extremely fun, friendly and challenging in accordance with skill level!

Meredith is a fantastic teacher-both energetic and encouraging. Your Pilates will get continually better while you have a great time. The space and the teacher are really remarkable-I can't recommend it enough!

Meredith is an exceptional instructor. She really knows her craft and excels at instructing others. Meredith's practice offers a pure Pilates that is true to how it was created by Joseph Pilates. As a result, you will see physical results - your body will tone, core strengthen, and muscles elongate. I highly recommend From the Center Pilates.

Love it! Friendly, fun Pilates instruction by Meredith for all levels right on the banks of the Roaring Fork River in downtown Basalt.
