Great little spot in Leadville! We we stayed two nights over Christmas we went snowboarding at Copper Mountain it was less than a 30 minute drive super easy. The place was great very clean just want we were looking for definitely good for people who plan to be out and about all day. It’s walking distance (5-7 minutes) to several bars, restaurants, and shops. We brought our dog she was comfortable we felt good about leaving her there alone. It was cozy and warm and a good value. Such a cute town! Would definitely stay here again!

Doug had great communication and was able to let us check in a hour early. Place was decent, shower very small, bed was okay. Basically like a studio apartment. Was great for the night. A bit pricey after taxes and fees, had a great time though. Leadville is great! I would recommend this airbnb if you want to be close to downtown ! Thanks for the hospitality !

Amazing Realtor and Property Management Services. Alex Haler assisted us in finding the perfect vacation home and investment property in Leadville. And he rebated 50% of the his realtor commission immediately after closing. We used the thousands of dollars to furnish our new property. We were so impressed with the home buying process with High Rocky Homes, we immediately signed up High Rocky Homes to manage the property. Alex has gone above and beyond and even assisted us with meeting internet provider and delivery services at our home when we were not in immediately in town. Highly recommend and 50% rebate of his commission! What could be better!

I cannot recommend Alex more highly. He was not only instrumental in my offer being accepted over other offers but we had an unexpected situation arise during the closing process. Alex was the calm in the storm and we closed on time!
