They always do a great job at this location! Delicious food, well prepared, and just nice employees. One thing to note— it’s extremely loud in this store specifically, so keep that in mind if you’re going with a friend or a group. Overall, though, always a great experience!

I would have given a two star if it wasn't for the manager at this location, Nacho. We ordered online twice and both experiences were pretty awful. After speaking with the manager, he was so nice respectful and totally resolved our issues. If it wasn't for him I'd probably never go back but because of his customer service I will be returning.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Went in to pick it up and stood to the left of the cashier and waited to be greeted. It felt like the cashier was purposely avoiding eye contact. After 4 minutes of not being greeted or asked how I could be helped, i walked to the other side of the assembly line and at that time, a young lady greeted me.nnI received my to go bag but 3 of the 6 items I ordered were not in the there. On a positive note, food was good and order was correct after it was fixed.nnNot impressed with the customer service or the initial accuracy of order fulfillment.

Would give less stars if I could the food is NOT worth the price and they don't know how to make a food order correctly the extra food charges are just ridiculous not to mention half the time you dont even get the extra. This place is an absolute joke and a scam!!

While ingredients are tasty, but who couldn't open a can of black beans and use a store bought tortilla and have the same outcome. For the generic, fast food of Mexican cuisine, I find it terribly distasteful that we are charged extra for condiment, Ex guacamole $2 and a trendy cilantro cauliflower mush $2, on top of store bought ingredients served. $16 for a burrito does not equate the generic canned goods and store bought tortillas and the extra charge for certain items is insulting. Would a sandwich shop charge extra for the bread ingredient on your sandwich or extra for the mayo?! One of the servers told me today, she gets burned daily on the tortilla warmer press. $16 for another human being daily harm, generic ingredients and price gouge leaves sour taste in mouth and pit in my stomach. Go to Taco Star: Good wholesome Mexican food, $8 for entire meal of delicious beans, rice, 2 lg burrito,etc. (No, I do not work for them, nor own stake in their company. Just honest food, honest prices)
