Just had my car repaired due to pretty significant hail damage. Robert was great. My car was in and repaired quickly. Hail Inc. handled all the communications with the insurance company making the process smooth. Job was done before promised, and my car looks great.
Salem and the team at Hail Inc. were very easy to work with. They have a great system for setting up a rental car and getting your car in and out of their shop quickly. The communication was great and the car looks like new. Thanks guys!
I can't say enough good things about this company! Salem was outstanding in explaining how everything was going to work and my experience was even better than I had thought possible. They took me to get a rental car at Hertz that they paid for, he kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle and when it was finished, my car looked brand new! I didn't pay a dime for anything. Super professional, honest and they do amazing work. Highly recommend Hail Inc!
Highly recommend. Everything was done on the phone and Skype. I met the manager literally once when they delivered my car back. It was so easy. they seemed to have pretty strict disinfecting and cleaning rules because my car came back spotless.
Really convenient service and great repair. They came and picked up my vehicle, left a car for me while repairs were being completed and delivered my vehicle back to me completely fixed. everything was as promised. Thank you Salem!
