Jaque is the best olympic lifting coach: attentive to detail, amazing at answering technical questions, and she almost always points out something I am doing I wasn't aware of and helps me to correct it. On top of that, she's funny, encouraging, motivating, and just generally fun to be around. Highly recommend her for all ability levels, whether you're just getting into the sport, or have been doing it for several years.

I absolutely love Jaque's programing. I look and feel great! I feel like I'm learning a discipline and getting a killer workout at the same time. Jaque is an awesome coach who is easy to work with wherever you are in your athletic journey as well as just an amazing person. I would strONGly recommend her classes.

As someone with a decent athletic background, I spent some time with Jaque before she pinpointed my lack of technical training with my lifts. Jaque, however, is brilliant in breaking down your lift and helping you build the smaller components that truly matter. Jaque’s expertise and guidance not only helped PR (and continue to PR) my best lifts, but turned my weakest lift into my favorite lift! Come see the best weightlifting coach in town for some epic gains!!!

Coach Jaquelin has an amazing drive for motivating athletes to achieve their best selves. In the first session that I had with her she was able to break down a movement that I have been unable to master for 3 years, into a set of movements tailored to my body type that allowed me to nail the technique. I enjoy working with her in any capacity. She takes the time to make sure you feel welcome and supported throughout every interaction.

Being a “seasoned” weightlifter and athlete I was set on the fact that I couldn’t get any stronger past my current maxes. Coach Jacquie diagnosed that my range of motion (or lack thereof) is my biggest hindrance. Her programming first exploited my weak points and then began making them my strengths. After 12 weeks of Some tough but good program I’m up 5lbs on majority of all my lifts. Not to mention that my positions are a thousand times better. Can’t wait for this next cycle.
