We enthusiastically recommend Ken Caryl Painting & Remodeling. I evaluated three proposals from HomeAdvisor recommended contractors. Upon meeting Deserae (Ken Caryl rep), I felt comfortable as she was clearly competent. The rest of our team, owner Rick, Francisco and Victor were not only very skilled, but were also professional and very friendly. Plus they offered cost trimming advice that worked out perfectly well. I’ve been a design professional in the construction industry for decades and these people are the best and easiest I’ve ever worked with. The budget was met; they didn’t charge for many “little” details. The schedule was met, even though I initiated changes. They team worked later to meet their submitted schedule. The quality of the work was extraordinary; my East Wash Park home shines. What a pleasant surprise working with Ken Caryl was. They’re simply the best.
