Mipham Shedra Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Center

I started attending this sangha online during the Covid-19 pandemic. If you are a Buddhist, Rinpoche has the capacity to lead you directly to enlightenment. May all beings benefit!

This is a wonderful place to practice. The community is wonderful, inclusive and the teacher has a lifetime of insight!

Beautiful space for meditation, lovely new wood floors, brand new bathroom, brand new electrical and plumbing. Lovely light.nWonderful authentic Tibetan meditation instructor. His metaphors are memorable and helpful. This is the real deal.

I cannot recommend Mipham Shedra highly enough. I was searching for a meditation teacher and was shocked to find someone like Lhoppon Rinpoche living in my neighborhood. He's a beautiful soul and world class meditation instructor. Mipham Shedra is a gem for Westminster and the whole Denver metro. And all of the negative reviews on this listing are a couple neighbors who aren't happy a wonderful place like this is in their neighborhood. I would imagine they have never even attended a celebration or meditation class there. If you haven't, you should.

Always enjoy coming here and hearing Lloppon Rinpoche's teachings. I had very little knowledge on Buddhism and meditation and felt very welcomed my first time. His analogies and metaphors are interesting and easy to understand and he is an extremely kind person. I have to admit I'm confused by negative reviews about being up to fire/city code. I have never once felt like the building is unsafe or not up to any health standards. He is very open if you'd like to ask about working with the City and the work and process it took to get where they are now and to establish the non profit. I learn a lot from both his classes here and at Mayu Sanctuary in Denver.
