Clover Basin Self-Storage

I never do reviews, however I witnessed such a act of kindness that renewed my faith in humanity yesterday I had to tell people. I was returning a trailer to Clover Basin Self Storage at 3002 Nelson Rd. and upon entering there was a lady standing at the counter speak with the manager Lance and she seemed to be renting a storage unit from what I gathered, Lance still looked up and greeted me with his face mask on and said will be right with you. The lady told Lance she was feeling a little light headed and faint from not eating due to moving. Lance paused for a minute and went to the back and returned with 2 granola bars and a bottle of cold water for the lady and then provided a chair for her to sit in and gather herself. Lance then asked the lady while she eats and drinks to hopefully feel better did she mind if help customer behind her and she said of course not please do. Lance then asked how can I help you to me. I replied here to return a trailer my husband and I rented. Lance said no problem that he would come out and unhook it and return it with a email sent to me once check in was complete. I told Lance he has such a warm and caring personality for the way he was so understanding and accommodating to the lady sitting down. Great man you have here in Lance you can see by his demeanor he really cares about his customers and from the spotless office and lot his location, Lance restored my belief that there are still good people in the world and that people do care about one another. Lance you are a true gentleman and will recommend your location to anyone and everyone. Keep up the true customer service you provide to each and every customer I feel with what I witnessed. To the owner want you to know this was a blessing to witness for myself and Lance is a great representative of your company.

We came to Clover Basin to help a client unload her items and belongings into 2 units she had reserved and she was greeted so nicely and warmly by Lance the facility manager. Lance pulled up her reservations and asked do you prefer the 2 units be close together and client responded that would be best for her, Lance asked if she had a minute for him to go out and check to ensure units were close together for her. Upon Lance’s return he said,” Ma’am I have great news for you these 2 units are side by side and my client responded that is great and thank you so much for taking the time to go look. I feel Lance is the type of person who will go above and beyond the customers expectations to ensure he is providing 100% customer service at all times. I gave Lance a business card and told him would love to steal him away from Clover Basin due to his personality and demeanor, Lance smiled and said thank you but he was happy were he was at and really enjoyed the day to day interaction with his customers and would miss that. Kudos to you Lance for being honest and up front and continue to strive for 100% customer service as I can tell you do on a daily basis. Thanks to Lance I will recommend Clover Basin to all my clients and business associates, Lance was and is a true gentleman. Thank you for restoring my outlook on true customer service Lance.

Thank you to Lance and Christian -nYou guys got me a better deal on a unit, compared to calling next door .. not to mention your professionalism about everything, spot on! You guys made me feel confident in my storage decision! Its nice to know there's still good customer service nowadays. Great prices and amazing features! Thank you once again for everything!

Lance the manager at Clover Basin Self Storage has to be the example for how a business in this day and age is done. Lance’s store has to be the cleanest and nicest storage places I have ever come across and that’s saying a lot, I am in the military and fixing to PCS to Colorado and have called this location several times and have stopped by while was in Colorado to ask questions and Lance is always so nice and professional to speak with and is very knowledgeable about his business and his competitors around him. Lance has such a nice southern accent you can tell he not from Colorado, which was a little bit surprising with all he knew about the area. Lance was quick to inform me what separates him from the competition, the fact he is a one stop shop for all moving and storage needs was great made me feel I’m talking to the right guy and company for my move here soon to Colorado. Lance please keep up with the great attitude and atmosphere you provide at your store it is very refreshing and kudos for wearing your mask to protect your customers. Looking forward to moving to Colorado and storing at such a clean and well maintained place. Thank you Lance for always taking the time to treat me as if I’m the number one priority.

everyone here is very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I went with my mom to get a storage unit, but we were unsure which size we needed since it was going to be all of our belongings while we move to our new house. Lance and Christian were extremely helpful, they showed us the different unit sizes to give us a better idea of what we would need. We've used other places like public storage, but the service here has phenomenal. If you are looking for a storage facility that knows what they're doing, this is the place!
