Fantastic, over the top customer care and service! Kelly was just heading out of the office and obliged to stop by my storage unit and bring a pair of bolt cutters. The reason being: I had just locked my car keys in my unit! She even brought a new lock for me to replace the one I had sacrificed to the gods of absent mindedness! I have been renting storage units from Red Mountain Storage in Kremmling for years. I started with one unit & added more as my needs grew. The staff makes it really easy to rent a new unit. They are super friendly and helpful. As a renter (not a homeowner) I've had many storage units through the years & Red Mtn Storage has been the best by far!!
I have a few units in a couple locations and the communication between the staff and myself could not be better. They alert me the day me staff forget to place back the lock and they return emails or phone calls as soon as they can. It has been a pleasure to work with them for over 7 years now. Thanks
It took a while but I was finally able to reserve a spot at the Tabernash location to store our camper. This is obviously a popular place for people in need of storage as they appear to be busy and stay full. I was fortunate to call and chat with Amanda a month or so ago and she was vey helpful in reserving a spot for us and now we have a place close by to store our camper while not in use. Good location and great staff.
