Possibly the BEST experience purchasing used QUALITY vehicle I've had. Period. Locally run business who cares about the community they are serving. Matt and Nicole (owners), are hands down two of the most genuine, patient and knowledgeable individuals, whom exuded integrity from the beginning, people we've met. Esp considering car sales! They walked us through the buying experience, excepted numerous calls and texts when we had questions concerning purchase. Exemplary conduct and we could not be happier with the Audi!! Do NOT pass up this business when looking for fantastic, FAIR market value on a vehicle, by far the BEST purchasing experience and two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Although I was unfortunately unable to make a deal, Matt was very helpful and I enjoyed the relaxed car buying experience.
I’ve gotten a reliable truck after a good year of searching, they made the process quick and easy at a very good price. The truck itself is extremely reliable and well maintained, definitely would recommend coming here.
First off I owe Matt a bigger thank you then most. He was patient with my frustrations on a vehicle he sold me. He helped me fight through warranty issues even though I was being a total jerk. He held his word on reimbursement for an emissions test within a day. Nothing but a stand up dude honestly.
Matt and Nichole are the BEST! I have been filling my wife's ear with talk of wanting a Tesla so much it probably hurt. To my surprise she located a Model X and we both fell in love with it. It just so happened to be somewhere you wouldn't think to look as great things typically are. The aren't a franchised dealership with a flock of suits following you around, we called spoke to Matt he said come by, we drove the car, hung out for a little while and came back the next day and hung out and bought the car. They both are very personable and professional!
