Once again my dear Starbucks you have failed. Your coffee is gone downhill and gone up in price. Each time I go there it seems that each coffee is increased by at least 50 cents per cup if not a dollar. Now within and throughout the city we have Dutch Brothers opening and Starbucks repeatedly tries to open either across the street or down the block from them and also fails to steal business. Dutch brothers is much better. Starbucks coffee is bitter is actually overly hot once again where I couldn't even drink it for almost a half an hour. Tasted burnt disgusting and didn't seem to be anything like I ordered sorry to Starbucks but you have gone downhill and I don't think I'll be returning to Starbucks every again since I can go half a block away to a place that's cheaper better quality better tasting and really friendly people

The baristas are all consistently super polite and helpful. We always have a really great experience and I will often go out of my way to go to this location over others.

Husband and I came with our babies through the drive thru. We ordered a venti Frappuccino and a grande latte, hot chocolate and a cake pop. As we pulled to the speaker, a flapping, weathered piece of paper fell off of their menu and my husband tried to catch it but it flew away anyway. As we pulled up to the window, the lady handling the window greeted my husband with, “did you drop some trash out there I need to go pick up?” Totally caught my husband off guard. No, Starbucks. That was your poor advertising. Then she gave us a grande frap instead of a venti like he had ordered. She must’ve been so distracted by her false judgments that she forgot to do her job and listen. We won’t be back to this location.nn*the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was much nicer and much more pleasurable to speak to. So I’ll return a couple of stars.

Every experience I have here is always friendly and fast. Joey assisted me today and he was fantastic. I really enjoy this location

This has to be the best Starbucks I've ever been to everybody was so nice and polite there and very helpful and if I lived in the area I would have went to this one only way better than the Starbucks by my house in California very helpful picking out a drink for me and it has to be one of the best drinks I've got in from Starbucks I always get a blended drink it was snowing outside and I want to get something that wasn't blended with ice and they helped me out and I appreciate it
