I just have to say that this staff is amazing. Today I came in and they were understaffed and overwhelmed, dealing with jerks not wearing masks and people parking in spots that weren’t actually parking spots, orders coming in faster than they could fill... just a full blown stressful situation piled on stressful situation. And you know what? They were kicking @ss. They were kind, yet focused. They were keeping it together and doing their best. I work retail and would have been losing my mind in their situation. Whatever they’re paid, double it. Every time I come to this location I’m blown away by the excellent service. They’ve got the fastest service 9 times out of 10 (even compared to the Dutch bros next door!) and I’ve never been treated poorly for any reason, usually if there’s a wait there’s a legitimate reason. If I have received an incorrect order they’ve fixed it, but that almost never happens. I just love this store and its crew. I’m pretty lucky to have an awesome group of folks to rely on for my caffeine fix. Thanks for being there even on hectic snowy hell days!

No chai on Thursday. No sleeves Friday or Saturday. Saturday sat in drive-thru for 14 minutes from ordering to getting by order. I mentioned it to the server she said, “Ya, I don’t know what is going on, but at least your tea is ready”. No apologies, no offer of a discount, nothing. This Starbucks has consistently been slow and dismissive. I will be going elsewhere.

Come to this location often as it is right down the street from where I live. Always friendly service and normally quick.
