After waiting in line for 15 min (drive through only due to COVID) I ordered a 6pc happy meal for my boy (3yr) with fries, milk and ketchup for his fries. I ordered 2 Double cheese burgers and a large fries for myself. The cashier I met was really nice, the person handing me my food literally didn’t say one word to me to the point that I waited longer not knowing if I got all my food.... the first thing that I notice (after pulling away from the window) was that my fries were half full at best... Then they gave my boy a girls toy and then the didn’t even give him ketchup... sad thing is I also ordered the kids fries to have extra as opposed to the apples and I didn’t get fries or apples.... the worst part was that I couldn’t even go to complain since I couldn’t go in and I wasn’t going to wait in a drive through line again... Poor experience.

This experience using the drive-thru was darn good. Only a few cars in line, the person taking the order clearly repeated what I ordered then collected the money. The meals were hot off the grill and ready at the last window. Start to finish in about 5 minutes! Way to go Port Townsend McD's!!

Shawn (white guy with longish hair and glasses) was very friendly and professional. The other employee I encountered was clearly not having the best time working (maybe a bad day, no judgement, it was super busy) but Shawn had a great attitude and took pride in his work. I respect that. 8/31 around 4:30pm. I hope he sees this and knows that there are people who appreciate and acknowledge hard work!

Found a friend in my bag I felt so grossed out. I hadn't eat all day and when I came to this surprise it just reminded me of the farmer from men in black like really I'm so hungery and you do this.sad part they just rebuilt the place
