What an incredible experience!! I recently spent 5 days in Colorado and it was life changing! Denisa and Sarah’s enthusiasm for spiritual wellness meditation is contagious and their warm welcoming personality drew me in immediately. I attended the 3 day retreat with Namaste and experienced a sequence of spiritual healing therapies from Sarah, Denisa, and Lane where the sessions were perfect to jumpstart the new me. Prior to their retreat I had been desperately trying to find a healthy way to find some calmness and solitude in my life. I was in need of a place where I could mentally unplug, and relax to get rid of all the stress, anxiety, and negative energy I had been carrying. They taught me how to disconnect from the outside noise and really meditate and let go, which is something that I’ve struggled with. I am honestly amazed with how much my new meditation practices is already positively impacting my life. I now start each day with a healthier diet, drinking more water, my Namaste herbal tea, and meditating with a new feeling of peace, calm, and positivity!
This is my happy place. All the instructors and practitioners working there are top notch. I am excited to have found a place with meditation class and other unique offerings.
My daughter and I attended Julie Maus's meditation class together. It was a wonderful, bonding experience. We became totally relaxed, and we are looking forward to going together whenever possible. Denisa is another excellent practitioner--I am looking forward to my next session with her--tomorrow morning.
I was referred to Denisa by a friend. I had a rough 2017 and felt like I had an internal traffic jam going on. Every stress that came across me added onto the pile and created more stress. I did a Meridian Clearing session with Denisa. I cannot express enough how much the session helped me! It absolutely FIXED me! Traffic jam gone.......... my whole disposition is so much lighter, fresh, and back to my old positive, optimistic self! Thank you Denisa! :)
