Whoever the blonde lady that works , owns the place is very rude. This is what evergreen has become pretentuous people. Do not do business with this place!!!!
I love aerial yoga! It is the right balance of fun and challenging. In the 20 months I've been going to CAY, I have never have to talk myself into going to class. It has been very rewarding to progress – greater strength, flexibility, balance, improved circulation, less pain, better posture, healthier menstrual cycles, deeper breathing, and more body awareness. It’s helped me rehab old injuries and strengthen areas that were weak. It is a great way to counter-balance life's stresses. You gotta try it! Thanks Paula for bringing aerial yoga to Evergreen, CO.
I took the intro to Aerial yoga class with Paula and she was awesome! There was a wide range of ages in my class but she worked well with everyone’s different needs. Cute little environment, lots of fun! Definitely coming back!
