Not sure about their work but I had an appointment for an estimate and I received all these professional reminders via e-mail and text about my appointment and thought this was a legit place... then I got BLOWN OFF as something better came along. If they don't know what an appointment is then they can't work on my place. Simple concept and no follow through. Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode regarding reservations.
Tesla Electric is a superb company. Bobby the electrician is the best. He is knowledgeable and his biggest concern is that the job is done right the first time.nnSean, the service manager and the entire team are very amiable, great at customer service and follow through.nnI would highly recommend their services.
Ben came to my home to inspect and give me an estimate to run electric to my greenhouse. The estimate was very reasonable so I had him do the work. He came the next week was at the house at the exact time he said he would. The work was done very professionally and the bill was exactly as estimated. He followed up the next week to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would recommend Tesla for any electric work you need done.
Ben with Tesla Electric came to our home last week to install an outlet for our RV as well as trouble shoot some problems we are having with some inside electrical issues. He was very prompt, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased, especially during these crazy times when we are camping in our driveway. I would highly recommend and I will certainly call him again for any future electrician needs.
Not only did Felix come in way under his competitors but his quality of work was amazing. His team of Chris and Joe were extremely professional and caring about the end result. We've gutted our kitchen for a remodel and they were full of ideas and questions about locations of outlets and switches to create the most convenient layout. Our dining area only had one outlet after removing the kitchen wall so without charging they offered to add an outlet while working on that wall for the light switch, something I didn't even think about.nWe had to replace the entire bracker box on the house and they walked me through the process so nothing was a surprise. Even the ground rods are placed on the side of house out of sight and run through the crawl space just so I didn't have to see it along the foundation wall in the backyard. Felix didn't hesitate once at that request when other companies wouldn't even discuss the placement.nThe team took the time at the end to patiently go over everything and make sure all of my 500 questions were answered. I never felt like I was an inconvenience to their time. Finally you can tell they love what they do, chris and Joe worked great together with jokes and great attitudes both days. Anytime I need electrical anything I'm calling Tesla.
