Other gyms claim to be judgement free, but we all feel those eyes staring at us when our bodies don’t look like those on pintrest. Emeralds studio is more than judgment free, it is a place to learn, experiment with movement, and make life long connections. I love attending all of the classes offered from pilates to barre. Emerald is always watching my form to make sure I am not going to injure myself, but also to get the most out of every movement I make. I have gained so much balance, strength, and self confidence because of Emerald. If you are looking to redefine your workout experience and improve YOUR level of fitness, Emerald is the only way to go in Cache Valley. She is amazing, and had me back on my feet after a major broken foot, and tendon repair surgery.
