Cache Valley Athletics is the best place in Cache valley to train for Men's Gymnastics. I have trained there for years. No other place in cache valley has all the equipment like this place. They have rings, parallel bars, high bars, vault track, pommel horse, uneven bars, and several beams. Their spring floor feels good to tumble on with the occasional dead spot.
I highly recommend this place! Clair and Rozann are wonderful people and will ensure a great experience!!
The coaches and staff are really nice and helpful! The bounce n slide that just moved in always puts bouncy houses in part of the gym which is a little annoying. But other than that, it's the only place in cache valley with an actual boys team! I'm always excited when new equipment comes, and I can't wait for some taller p-bars!
My daughter does gymnastics for dancers and loves it here. Her coach is amazing.
My kids have loved coming here! It’s a favorite activity of theirs, highly recommend :)
