Great customer service. They were real busy trying to keep up with orders and even with a delay or 2 they more than made up for it. Still a good place to get your piece of pie!
They never answer the phone so I can place my order for pick up.
The customer service was really good. They were pretty busy but the cashier and team didn't even bat an eye when they were asked to do so many different things at once. I usually use the March Lane Little Ceasars and will NOT be going back. The difference in customer service is SO much...literally I got used to bad customer service at the March Lane location I had just thought it was normal for the company. I'm glad to know that it's not.
Do they ever answer their phone?I want to place an order for a pick and been trying for an hour and no answer just hang ups..
