I've been going to Oscar for over 16yrs and he has always helped get me the most refund I can be allowed. He is up to date on current tax changes and helps me manuver through them. The only thing I'd like to see change is the punctuality of returning phone calls and attending appointment time, however in saying that I trust him faithfully with doing my taxes. And I've even referred my friend to see him.

Oscar Moreno is the absolute worst bookkeeper have ever come across. He kept the books on some family businesses and it was an extreme struggle. He made many mistakes and we lost a lot of money due to him. Due to his many errors, one of the businesses ended up in significant trouble with the state which resulted in significant penalties. Wish we had never met this dunce. And worst of all he has excuses for all of his errors. He never takes ownership and then hides behind his assistant when we attempt to reach him. Stay away from him for your own sanity and economic health of your business.
