The technician Marvin came out to evaluate what was needed to repair /replace the 2 gas furnace wall units in the house. He was polite and professional and took the time to explain what was not working and what would be needed. He left leaving me confident in the accuracy of the report he would be submitting to the property management company.. Would definitely recommend

I have been a customer of Red Apple Air for many years. I have consistently had excellent service and reasonable prices for the equipment and maintenance. The maintenance of both the air conditioning unit and heating unit today by Martin was professional and thorough. He was very pleasant to work with and I appreciate the courtesy provided to me. I am extremely happy with this company.

Had a great experience today with my tech Martin. He was on time, very professional and personable. I would definitely use this company again for any of their services. It was a great value compared to other companies for the same service. Thank you for cleaning out all my dryer vents.

Martin was very professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and delivered excellent service . Red Apple is the only company I have used for my properties and they maintain the history of the services amd warranties . I trust them. Best decision I made was have them come to my property yearly for maintenance

This review is a bit overdue but I'm hoping better late than never. First things first, thank you Fermin for designing a superior HVAC system that was reasonably priced. You were upfront and honest, which was much appreciated. The second shout out is for Martin. Excellent customer service and always very professional. Appreciate the advice and recommendations to maintain an optimal system. Thanks guys!
