We love this little strip, it's quite a challenge flying in and out of it and some people don't make it (*the trees at either end of it keep getting taller and taller for some reason) but brush up on your STOL procedures, find that old rusty windsock that's creaking three feet off the ground, and go ahead, make your final's final the finest coffee at Mukilteo Coffee Roaster right next to the strip. On almost any day, owners Sky and Tara can be seen on the property rummaging through their storage and patrolling the grounds, making sure there isn't a lit cigarette within 500 feet of the runway and all dogs are kept on a short leash (*sorry, deers and coyotes still run wild here) and this, even when the ceiling is well below a thousand feet. This, we feel, is the hallmark of small town quaint and precious and we just wish all airports were this welcoming, all the time.

Nicest airport owners out there. Very well kept and fun to fly into. There are improvements starting to the air park.
