Today I joined a spring meditation class and it was fantastic. The space is absolutely gorgeous and inviting. Karen played the meditation bowls and it was everything you’d want from this experience. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing yoga studio in a unique and relaxing environment with a wide array of classes to suit all ages and levels! Karen is an incredible instructor and truly takes the time to ensure the best, most comfortable experience! Highly recommend the Essentially U series for the fundamentals and to build a strong foundation!

I was nervous before bringing my 6 year old to take yoga classes with Karen. I didn’t know how she would do. Karen instantly put me at ease and she was an amazing, calming presence for the kids. My 6 year old was begging to go back and asking if the yoga studio was open every day. By the second class I dropped her off and had free time to enjoy a chai next door at the vegan bakery. The studio is light, beautiful, and my favorite color- purple!
