I’ve been dealing with Serpentini Orrville for the past 10 years. Buying new, used, and the service department for all my vehicles. I must say each and every time I have been 100% satisfied with everything especially my sales guy that I’ve dealt with since day one, Floyd he has been awesome and very helpful thank you and for the pizza (I feel like family when I walk in everyone knows me by name). Also have to give a shot out and thank you to Steve, Mark, and Jason who have also been very helpful with the whole experience. Then for Joe, Conner, and Marlin in the service department thank you. They are very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to getting my vehicles serviced or if I need any work done to them. I will continue to keep coming back for all my vehicle needs do to the family atmosphere. Thank you everyone.

I absolutely love serpentini they are honest and very helpful. Some people buy used cars and expect it not to have issues. I say take it back and explain the problem. I'm very sure they will be glad to help. I've never heard of scheduling an appointment for test drives you never know if the car will be there or not. If I could give more than a five star rating I would. Great job everyone.

Well the place seemed to have fair deals and a decent rating. But we scheduled a test drive with first available time being the following day. But an hour or two before our apt they called n said they sold it that morning?.. So why would they even make us wait and preschedule a test drive if anyone can just stop in before you and buy a car you were already scheduled to test drive that same day? I would've just went there first thing in the morning ignoring my test drive apt if I knew that was the case!.. I've been to quite a few lots where I was told someone was coming to test drive a vehicle, and that I could check back after. NOT Serpentini.. Scheduling an apt does not mean the car will be there apparently.. People who do not take the time to schedule test drives have the upper hand. I guess best advice is to just bypass any scheduling n show up first chance u get.. Seemed very unprofessional to us and obviously very disappointed :(

They made leasing a vehicle so easy and painless. Pat worked with me to get to a price I was comfortable with and was very knowledgeable with the vehicle. Highly recommended!

The staff at Serpentini Chevrolet made the sale easy for me and at first I thought everything went smoothly. I drove 570 miles each way to trade a truck in and bring a new one home. After I got home I was unable to register my truck because the dealership screwed up my paperwork. It took me 28 days after the sale to finally be able to register the truck.
