Intelligent Fitness

Intelligent Fitness is a well run and very organized fitness center. The staff is kind and extremely knowledgeable. They are truly invested in their clients wellness, both physically and mentally. The clients are diverse, inclusive and friendly as well. It’s a great place to be healthy!

Joining Intelligent Fitness was one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made! We went from working out sporadically maybe once a week (if that) to working out 3-4 days a week consistently. Everyone at IF is fantastic and they really take the time to personalize your workout to YOU. The group classes are fun and engaging, and we've made great friends! On top of all that, the trainers at IF are pros at creating challenging but appropriate workouts. As a physical therapist myself, I can truly give IF my stamp of approval and would recommend it to anyone who's new to working out, trying to get back in shape, or who's been a gym rat for a long time!

I feel blessed that I found out about Danielle, her fitness facility and her trainers! I have come from weight loss and getting stronger with a trainer since 2010 and major spinal surgery in 2014. I became healthy, fit, strong and pretty much pain free by the time I experienced IF. I knew the moment I came here that I would become a client. I had enough knowledge to know that this facility was above and beyond others out there. Not only in their trainers, but in their care of clients. They are above and beyond because they find out what you are looking for, they work with you, finding your strengths and weaknesses, they always work in educating you in the physical health of your body. The workouts are made for you personally, always making you accomplish the next step toward better health and a stronger body. They know everyone is different in ability and needs and there are no cookie cutter workouts. Another above and beyond is the wonderful extra mile(s) they go to make their clients have a learning and fun experience; from educational classes, summer fun programs, demo kitchen, tasting events, cook offs, burn the turkey, gorgeous full baths with salon supplies- just bring clothing :) and just making you feel like family. I came here in November 2015 and and brought my husband into this family just a month later in December 2015. No regrets and no thoughts of ever going anywhere else. Again, we feel blessed that we are part of the IF family.
