I would not recommend this RV dealer to anyone for buying a travel trailer. We were told by the salesman that it would be cleaned and everything checked out before we picked it up. The hitch control box and main slide out were found damaged the day of pickup, the parts had to be ordered so we left it there and we're told a second time that it would be cleaned. The day of pickup no one even cared to walk out and show us where it was, a parts employee just motioned the direction. The battery was dead and after a mass confusion about the 30 day tag we pulled it out. It was never cleaned like agreed upon twice and after the first rain a leak was found in the bedroom slide. All this dealer cared about was getting money and then have no respect for keeping their agreement. Very disappointed in the customer service we were given.

We took our camper here for an insurance estimate for repairs. We were never told that the estimate was $214.00. The price is waived of course if you get the repairs completed by them. I understand them charging for an estimate but it would have been nice to know there was an estimate cost and what that cost was. We may have shopped around more if we would have known. It was not told yo us on the phone when we made the appointment to drop it of nor was it told to us when we dropped the camper off. I am sure it was cramped into the tiny wording in the paper we signed. Also, their prices are high for repairs. $1500 to fix with only $80 worth of parts. $143 an hour seems very steep for labor. The insurance estimated $75 per hour for labor. Needless to say we are not having he camper repaired there.

Our 2012 fifth wheel was delivered Monday. This morning, our first to wake up at the campground, when we turned on the hot water tank for the first time we heard a noise, and then water was pouring from the bottom of the camper.nNot quite an hour later Terry was here diagnosing and then fixing the problem. Turns out it that when the water pressure increased the hoses inside the shower wall gave out. Clearly this was from less than perfect workmanship, from who knows who, when the previous owner had the camper.nWe loved working with the dealership and Bob the owner, through the entire buying process, and Terry was great during our orientation.nBut when we had a problem on a Saturday morning and the service department was Johnny on the spot we were beyond ecstatic.nI will forever tell anyone that is interested in a camper not to go anywhere else. Forget the big places.nBeing treated so well by such a helpful and caring group means everything.nThey are truly a class act and the BEST at what they do.
