The foreman on the job was good to work for. Journeymen were helpful. Worked hard and steady. Got the job done. I was with them 10 months and not one issue.
I am from Detroit Local 58 I loved working for the company but I didn't miss time I wasn't late I'm a reliable man with 30 years experience and when I had to quit to get closer to home to pick a better job they gave me a quit instead of a layoff I'm from Detroit When A Man shows up every day and he doesn't come in late he's a good worker he gets a layoff in Detroit that is a rat 9 Union lower than non-union thing to do to a person you don't see that in our Union accepting local8now I tell everybody avoid Local 8 like the plague if you can I worked 15 hours at another company Lake Erie electric and I never got paid. That Union is falling apart Local 8 is falling apart God bless
If they operate this like they operate their rental properties then I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Slum Lord is putting it nicely.
Good quantity for the price, only that there is a long line and it lacks more quality of environment and better facade
