This is how I expected to be treated when looking for my next car. Nick the salesman was willing to sit on the phone with me and explain everything as I was from out of state. He also was willing to work with us on timing as we were only able to come down on a weekend, which we really appreciated. The car was exactly as explained by Nick, no surprises. There was no pressure either to buy. There is much more I could say but I highly recommend them.

Bought a used truck sight unseen from JR . He even delivered it to my home. I've had it close to a year and I can honestly say that it was a great decision. The truck was in good shape and has performed as well as I had hoped. Would I buy another truck from JR? Absolutely!

This was my first experience ever selling a car. JR and Nick made it so incredibly easy to navigate an otherwise tedious process. I took my car to them and asked for some guidance about how to sell my car and it’s value. They did not try to nickel and dime me. They gave me a fair price and excellent customer service. I was in and out within 20 minutes and could not be happier with the overall experience.

Fair, honest, and you don't have to haggle. Highly recommended. I've purchased 3 cars from here. They also only put great quality cars on their lot. JR and Nick are top notch.

I just want to start off saying how thankful I am that I found these guys. I live in Michigan and I drove almost 3 hours to get my jeep from them. Nick is who sold the Jeep to me and he was EXCELLENT. Not only were they awesome in person but prior to me even buying the vehicle, these guys were ON it about helping me go about the finance process right because my credit union here (in Michigan) wasn't fond of me buying an out of state vehicle. I'd like to add that this is my first vehicle bought in my name.. so naturally I had a ton of questions & being the kind of person I am, I was drilling them about every little detail. NOT ONCE did they complain, get frustrated with me or avoid my questions. Once I arrived, test drove the vehicle and got started with paperwork; Nick made sure to go over all of the paperwork with me from top to bottom in extreme detail before I signed, he wanted to make sure I knew what I was signing 100% being a new buyer. His manager JR was also incredible. Everyone here was extremely easy going, friendly and helpful. It felt like talking to family immediately. I am extremely pleased with this place and their mannerisms. My family will be going to them in the future and I will most definitely be back for my next vehicle. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!! 10/10 recommendations!
