Worst service EVER ! Upon answering the phone they put you on hold without saying please hold. Then leave you on hold forever. Then tried calling back and phone either keeps ringing or get a busy signal. Had I had an option to not give them any stars that is what they would have received Tacky ! After further research A guy named Dan was Manager on this day. Where do they get their management??? Piss poor
Vitos has the best chicken bacon ranch pizza
Staying in a downtown hotel so I ordered online for contactless delivery. The pizza showed up in 15 minutes piping hot and delicious. The driver even called a few mins out to let me know he was close. Great experience.
I always ordered here in the past, and with time the fold overs gotten small yet a little more expensive. When I noticed the change I’ve always asked if they could make them like normal and they did! Now I guess with new management they won’t even do a small favor for a returning customer and yes I order at least 4 times out the week & lately they haven’t been owning up to the value of the company! Highly believe the store on Lagrange should be shut down. For many reasons I can yet won’t explain.nI will say if they listen to the customer more they’ll have better ratings and for those who do see i constantly go to many different place normally to see how they change up for better or worst. I suggest to get everything from awesome wings on Sylvania!! They never let you down
