Check them out! I worked with Jake Morgan and made my purchase within a few days of finding the vehicle I was searching for. Jake and the staff at Coughlin made the entire process quick and easy. After driving off I found that the Boxlink keys were missing for the bed and contacted Coughlin to see where I could get a set. They were kind enough to send a set in the mail without my asking. Finally got my first oil change on my truck. First off Kudos to Tiffany, appointments and follow ups. The recall parts are on back order and she called to let me know before my appointment. Anyway, great place great people I've met so far. Highly recommend
Not sure where my text went but here it is again.nNeeded a bolt for a oil cooler on a 7.3 powerstroke, called parts guy was very helpful over the phone and verified bolt was in stock before I made the drive. When I got there he was very friendly, helpful and left a great impression!! Need more people like this in other dealerships but will definitely call here first.
