I have always heard great things about Warner Automotive and now after firsthand experience, it is easy to see why. It is family oriented and they have a very fun and welcoming environment for customers. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family!

After almost two very long months I am finally back in my car! However, I will never again go to a dealership for auto body. Waiting almost two months was awful but it gets even worse. I got to the dealership to finally get my car. They apologized for taking so long and told me that they gave me a full detail at no charge for my patience. When I get in my car I can see that they horribly coated the doors and dash in armour all. However, there was still dust on the vents, dog licking spots all over the windows, not vacuumed, etc. on my way driving up to the service building to pay, my car sounded like it could potentially blow up in the parking lot ud83dude12 and the freaking check engine light was on, as well as my low tire pressure light. The service manager does go out and pull it in to check it out (though after two months you would’ve thought it would’ve been serviced) he says “your oil was three quarts to low” considering it literally took 7 minutes I’m assuming they just dumbed oil into it, not giving me a full oil change. Which by the way is free on my certified vehicle. I finally get out of there and on my way home I notice some gouges on the dash that I’ve never seen before and that my window still has a stone mark in it! They never replaced my windshield even though it was in the estimate and they had $450 to do so!! So I call them and of course no body answers ud83eudd2c so I have a friend look under the hood just to see how bad they screwed that up. They forgot to put a bolt in my coolant container and filled it to full. I also found my antenna on my front seat. I bought my car from Warner Automotive in Findlay and they have been exceptional up until now. Now I will never ever purchase another vehicle from them or use there service department or body shop ever again. I cannot believe after almost two months of a dealership having my car they would give it back to me with 3 different lights on, no oil and not completely repaired. That’s just not how you do business.
