Worst auction I have ever been to. I feel like they are extra rude to you the first time you go there just to break you in for all future auctions. Vehicles are ok but you could definitely tell they did some work to hide obvious issues.

It has been over a yr now since i was told i was no longer needed as a auctioneer after 37 yrs I had been there since the beginning my father and myself sold the first cars ever sold there, i assume it was my age or pay scale maybe my speed although i could sell as many cars as anybody in that building, do not know never was give a reason but typical Corporate america , you would think you would have earned a little respect after 37 years but guess again its all about power and money but karma will get you who made that decision maybe not today or tomorrow but someday
Nikki is amazing, she has made adesa such a pleasures experience. She is always prompt on top of her game, always has everything up to date. Wish there is more people like her everywhere else life would be so stress free!!!
This place is TERRIBLE. I went to recover my vehicle and they had damaged my bumper that eventually flew off into traffic on the highway on the way home, dented the body and whoever got into the vehicle stole many Items out of my vehicle including my jack assembly!!!! I have sent all damages to my attorney and also a list of stolen items and will be filing a police report for a civil suit. I suggest they make this right ASAP.
