Best horse trails for an experienced horse and rider. Campground. Excellent. Water close by for safe use

The trails were amazing! It was just what I needed, a day out of my house, on horseback, and with friends. The trails did have some muddy spots, but that is a part of nature. I loved the pine trees and the steep hills. The horses did great on the trail as nothing seemed to scare them. I would recommend going on a day that is dry but is a little bit cooler, as the horses were really sweaty at the end. I really enjoyed all of the fun that I had on horseback, with friends, and away from home. The trails are my home away from home.

The trails are a horrible mess of mud holes, overgrown brush and briars. It used to be well kept and one of the better parks to visit for a day ride but whatever riding club is dedicated to clearing it is not doing a good job.

Had a nice ride ... trails could use a mower and a little brush cutting but didnt really bother me that much ..not very muddy ... good day.
