I went for a trim and a cute straightened style after not having my hair straightened for 2 years. After 2 weeks I washed my hair(with the same products I’ve been using) and my hair was BONE STRAIGHT. I hadn’t put additional heat or products on my hair during the 2 weeks. I went to the salon to talk to the hairstylist who did my hair and the owner so I could see what products were used and such. The owner was 30 minutes late to when we were supposed to meet and she was VERY rude and unprofessional. She argued with me, used a very condescending tone, and blamed me for the damage(when I hadn’t even touched my hair). Long story short, I didn’t receive an apology for the rudeness, and no sort of discount or refund for the damage done. Will NEVER be going back here again and I advise others not to as well.

Received a Wave Nouveau done by Christian; he did an excellent job and was very understanding. The salon is very clean, neat, and orderly. Christian was attentive and made sure I was comfortable.nnI would like to receive confirmation calls, texts, or emails in the future as I made my appointment 5 days in advance and would like reassurance that it was occurring. I will be returning to this salon, it was definitely one of the best services I have had since getting texturizers!nnThank you.
