They messed up my pizza but Chase was extremely helpful. He listened to my complaint and quickly took action to correct the mistake. Pizza Hut is lucky to have an employee like Chase. Mistakes happen and that’s completely understandable. We will definitely be back.
Had to stand at hostess station trying to read a menu hanging on the wall while customers stand in door way behind you, some inside, some outside waiting for you to decide what you want for dinner. It was hard to read and extensive. Hard for 2 people to discuss and decide. If you want water you have to pay for a bottle water. We ordered a supreme pan pizza, the mushrooms were left off and the dough was half done. When I mentioned it on the way out the clerk said he guessed they were out of them. The same clerk when we ordered paced back and forth like he was standing on a hot floor making me very nervous. We wont be back.
Our boys love their pepporoni pizza.
We went in for a sit down dinner yesterday evening Feb 21, 2021, had to stand at the counter and order off the menu taped to the plexiglass. This was very akward trying to decide while cashier was standing waiting impatiently. No sweat tea, just bottled drinks. We had to get up and get our boxed pizza and serve our selves. We will never be back.
