Toyota West

Purchasing our new vehicle at Toyota West was a wonderful experience. We pulled into the pre-owned vehicle area and looked at one that caught our eye. That is when we met Ali. He arranged quickly for a test drive and we really liked it, but it had more miles than we wanted. Ali immediately showed us some similar vehicles with fewer miles we drove one of them and really liked it as well. Ali took time to show us comparative information on both vehicles and explained the Certified status of the second vehicle and resulting benefit to us. He introduced us to the General Manager (GM), who explained additional warranty options available, making the valve even greater. The GM introduced us to two of the Service Managers who described how easy it would be to bring the vehicle in for any needed work. Ali especially, but each of the others described above as well, provided their expertise and facilitated our ability to make an informed decision. Finally, we met the finance guy who additionally made the experience easy and efficient. We love our new Highlander! After some additional research, we are confident we made an excellent choice. No pressure from any of the Dealership personnel, nothing, but courtesy and informed discussion. We would recommend Toyota West to anyone! We would especially recommend the salesman Ali. He listened to us and truly guided us to making an informed and great decision.

My husband purchased a beautiful car for me from this dealership yesterday. After looking around when he got home, it was the best deal for that specific car in the country. I 100% recommend you try out this lot if you’re trying to buy. They’re incredibly accommodating and they’re genuinely nice people. 10/10

First car buying experience and thanks to Robert Smart, it was very pleasant! I felt as though Robert was genuinely there to help me find what I was looking for, not make a sale. I appreciated their help in working through the finance paperwork and patience! I have already encouraged friends to head their way if looking for a new/used car. Jasmine Moreland, as well as the GM and Finance Manager, made the purchase of my brand new highlander perfect! They answered all my questions, got the exact car I wanted from another state (in less than 24 hours), and made the price right on my trade/purchase! A cold day, he told us to stay in our car while he looked up cars that fit our parameters; then, fast and easy vetting process for the test drive.nnSad to say we did not buy, but had a short conversation with sales manager, who was forthright and relaxed. Car we wanted was competitively priced but remained outside our limit. No harm, no foul.nnService guy was open and very responsive to our concerns, as well.
