Our salesman was Kevin Stamper. From the moment we met him, he was genuine, honest, and helpful not to mention funny. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was quickly able to help us find the right car for myself and my service dog. I needed something lower to the ground for her but also with adequate space for my very tall husband. Kevin helped me pick out the perfect car and helped my husband and I get the right monthly price for us. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car.nThe other staff were great as well. The finance manager was really nice and he didn't try to push any extra sales on us. He helped us decide what extra protection we needed and would be valuable for us.nEveryone was very helpful and friendly. This is the first time I've had such a good experience at a dealership. I will definitely be coming back to see Kevin for my next car.
It was a great experience. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Kevin S. was our salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure that I had the vehicle that I wanted. I feel like he was honest about the process and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. He did a great job corresponding via email and text since we live almost two hours away. Will definitely do business here again.
I purchased a 21' Tiguan from Germain early February. I wasn't out in the lot for more than 5 minutes before Shawn came out to check and see if I needed help- Mind you, in the snow. He was very professional, kind, and super helpful. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Shawn did absolutely everything to make this perfect for me. The process was simple, transparent, and he followed through even after the purchase was complete. Along with Shawn, his Supervisor and Derek from Finance were awesome as well! I would absolutely recommend Germain and to have Shawn help them. You have a great team here, keep up the great work!
Update: Just leased our 4th vehicle and it's still the same great service! And Adam still wears the coolest hats!nnThis is our 3rd experience with Hatfield. Each and every time the staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. No one is pushy in the least. Our wait time was minimal and the overall experiences have been a breeze.
I had a service appointment last Friday (04/02) and Lewis is the one who helped me out, and I'm leaving this review because he was so awesome! The department did a great job and everything was nice, quick and easy, and Lewis was so friendly and really went the extra mile. I definitely recommend him (Joe is great too)!
