Truthfully, Kory and Rob W have easily made me continue getting service from this particular Kia dealership. Kory has continuously gone above and beyond in thoroughly helping me understand any service needed on my car, why it’s needed, and explaining exactly what causes any need for repair or maintenance. I have all of my questions and concerns addressed immediately which I am grateful for and I feel comfortable that the maintenance on my car is being done to a top tier standard. I appreciate that because my prior experience with another service staff was not the best and his follow up was horrible and left me concerned about my car.nnRob W (salesperson) saw that I was looking at another vehicle while waiting on the maintenance and came over, introduced himself, and inquired about any questions I had and even provided suggestions on how to best handle a potential trade-in for a newer model Kia. That was dope and I appreciate the help and effort. These both could be the reason I stay with Kia and for the time being, will be the reason I continue traveling past Capital Kia to Germain for my car.
