Best car buying experience! Thank you to Keith and Ron! Cant say enough good things about this dealership! Very good at their jobs and no high pressure sales. Also no hidden fees. I had been to Auto Boutique first and let me tell you, they could learn something from Hatfield! Thank you Hatfield! I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!!!!!

From first contact to driving off the lot these guys were there for me. My truck had broken down one morning putting me in a vulnerable situation. First off, I couldn’t get to work. Second, I still owed money on the thing!nnI had to find a reliable car fast and I didn’t have many options to choose from. When I called, I felt hopeful that this place was a great choice. Not only did Joe and Keith drive to me for me to check a car out, but they even allowed me to drive it back to the shop as a test run!nnAfter deciding I wanted to look around more, I happened to stumble upon a beautiful Buick Verano that just so happened to be perfect for me. We worked things out together with no pressure at all to move forward.nnBeing in sales myself, I don’t like the tactics that you get from most car salesmen. These guys though? Don’t ever buy a car from this place. They will swindle and finesse you. They will act like they innocent young respectful people but they are not. Literally spent 15k on a car from there that they claimed to be in excellent condition, just to find out there was hella problems with the car. I even tried to lower the price but they insisted that it was a brand new conditioned car. In reality the car woulda been 8-10k considering the malfunctions I soon found that was wrong with the whip after.

Bought a car from them in 2017. Absolute lemon. It's needed 4k+ of work done over the three years I've had it. Absolutely steer clear of Hatfield. They will sell you a lemon.
